RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us using the form below. We will provide you with a returns address and a returns form, which must be filled out and included with your returned item(s).

We will refund the price of the item(s) returned, but we are not able to refund the original delivery charge or the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as described.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are returned to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and that you retain proof of postage. We are not liable for any returned item(s) that fail to reach us.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the instructions above and make sure to include your exchange requests in the returns form. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your exchange and send out the new item(s) as soon as possible.

Please note that we are unable to process returns for items that have been personalized or made to order, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by us.
